При расчетах по оценке бизнеса методами доходного подхода – стоимость оцениваемой компании в терминальный год, следующий за прогнозным периодом. Т.с. дисконтируется соответственно количеству расчетных лет, предшествующих терминальному году для получения приведенной стоимости, PV.,часто представляя собой существенную долю общей стоимости оцениваемой фирмы.
